Q: How does it work?

 

1)You send us your wishlist, maybe the link/s to the articles you spotted, the titles, or just a screenshot.

2)We prepare a non compromise, free budget for you to check up

3)In case you agree, we send you a payment request via Paypal.

4)After the payment is received, we buy the article/s you want, receive them at our facility in Buenos Aires,

or send a driver to collect it if needed

5)Once the item is with us we doublecheck its as described, and ship it to your place via registered mail

6)As soon as its dispatched, we forward the tracking number for you to track it up

 

Q: I dont speak a word in Spanish

​A: Not a problem, just ask us to browse for you.

We´ll get back to you with every possible products, sold online or offline.

You can either use the free translation box displayed at the main page.

 

Q: How much will it cost me if I ask you to browse for me but I don't like any of the items you find?

A: Absolutely nothing. Prior browsing is totally free.



Q: I cannot use Mercadopago, and the seller does not accept credit cards.

A: Nothing to worry about. We´ll make all payments in local currency for you.



Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We gladly accept credit cards via Paypal .

 

Q: How much do you charge for your services?

A: The service cost is only a surprise free 20 % of the item´s  price

Some local delivery and international shipping fees will added, except for digitally delivered goods

Q: Can I purchase anything no matter the size?

A: Our services via PO are limited to a maximum weight PER PACKAGE of 1.5 Kilogram (3 Pounds).

THERE IS NO LIMIT to the number of packages.

Larger packages may be shipped if the customer provides a Courier account, a fee of 20 USD

for paperwork is charged,and no shipping fees are added.

 We don´t ship Prohibited Items, e.g. Firearms, Forbidden Drugs, etc. Please ask us if you´re in doubt.

 

Q: What if I send you the money via Paypal, but you can't complete the purchase?

A: A :Should that happen, we will reimburse you in full, including our service fee.

 

Q: What if the item gets lost in the mail?

A :In case of loss or damage in transit, we will reimburse you in full, including our service fee.

 

Q: What about customs ?

A: We label everything as a gift, so you shouldn't have any problems with your local customs.

    Please note that Import fees and restrictions will be the responsibility of the buyer.
